Generate the evidence pack for an inspection

An inspector on site wants records, now. This is the one-tap answer: a dated PDF of everything the yard recorded in the period: receipts, Defra submissions and their responses, depollution completions, CoDs.

  1. Open the Evidence pack on the Vehicles tab

    Open the Vehicles tab and tap Evidence pack. It rides the top of the tab as a collapsed card.

  2. Pick the period

    Set From and To to the dates the inspector asked about: a week, a quarter, whatever they name.

  3. Generate PDF

    Tap Generate PDF. The file downloads (breakerhq-evidence-…pdf) and the summary line states what went in: receipts, submissions, depollutions, CoDs. The pack is built from the server records, so what the inspector sees is what Defra saw.

Tip: the pack works offline-first like everything else, but generate it with signal so the freshest server records are in it.
